A Painting a Day-Day 9

Picture 68982
The storm didn’t impact us too badly. Others in the NE didn’t fair as well. I didn’t get to my tea and scone yesterday. Instead we made valentine’s and cardboard robots. :) And as far as my knitting project, well let’s just say I had to rip it all out and will start again. Thought I had my purling down but apparently I was wrapping the yarn the wrong way. I was a bit frustrated with this painting but was happy to be painting. Nine days in and I really look forward to the time. I hope your weekend is going well. xo

:0 Frustrated with this???? :0 I exclaimed out loud when it hit the screen – it’s ABSOLUTELY exquisite :) I love how the colours fade from hot pink to pale as they recede and the background colour is edible – it’s a beaut! Sorry about your tea and scone – kids eh. And the knitting…. I just finished a year on a cardigan that is not only too big but has so many mistakes showing in it, that it’s too embarrassing to wear anyway.

So funny. I have been getting such positive feedback on this one. Go figure. Thanks so much sweetie. I am glad I am not the only one who has knitting challenges. All lessons I suppose. :)
