But when my daughter was young, I always had a part-time job and felt I needed to get out and work. But there also was always the pull of creativity and I fit that in where I could. I hope that you can find the perfect job that allows you time to paint and express yourself. I think you have a wonderful talent and it would be a shame to not use it. I really wish you well. For what it's worth from the outside I think your work is strong, beautiful and is something the world should see but I know these decisions aren't easy. i also remember my second baby beginning school and feeling really at sea. Mother hood is so defining for a while and then along comes the possibility of wearing two hats if you can make the juggle work. All I can say is sit with it as long as you can and make decisions once you've experienced being at home alone for a bit (if you can?)
